Parking issue in residential colony

12-Jul-2023 (In Civil Law)
I am a resident of north east district of delhi. We have narrow lanes in our colony (2-3 meters wide) and many people park their cars in front of their respective houses. This causes a lot of trouble for the other people who need to move their vehicles through these lanes. Please suggest if their is any provision for this and relevant authorities. The authorities i can think is EDMC and Delhi Police but not sure whom to approach.

In the eyes of law this issue is very small. However you can call the police if you are having any problem they will not write any complaint but will try to mediate between you and the neighbors. It would be better if you can resolve the issue with mutual talks.
