Parking issue, deliberate refusal to co-operate.

My neighbour who stays on rent, makes it difficult for me to park my car in my own parking area. she deliberately parks it in a way, which makes maneuvering my car difficult trying to park. despite numerous requests, she refused to co-operate. i live in India. Kindly guide me.
Document the behavior by taking photographs or videos of the blocked car and deliberate positioning.
File a formal complaint with your local housing society association or landlord, as they have authority over parking disputes in residential areas.
If the issue persists, lodge a complaint at the local police station regarding mental harassment and obstruction of your property usage.

just issue a legal notice and still if she continues the same file a police compliant for unlawful restrained or you can file a suit in court asking for injunction not to park her vehicle in your way, better to first speak to her politely and if she does not listen, issue a legal notice and then if still thing do not improve file a suit and get injunction order.
