Out Of Court Settlement With Lease Tenants

Dear Sirs and Madams, My father has taken the lease amount from tenants but is unable to pay them back. Tenants have filed a case against him in civil court. He has gifted part of his self acquired property to me without any pre-condition. But now he is asking me to pay lease amount tenants. I have agreed to do out of court Settlement. What is the process please? Thank you

I understand your questions so now your father made a property lease to tanant after that he is not able to pay back money so now your father transfer his responsibility to you so now you want to settled the case out of the court right. so you have to go through legaly it is better our of the court is in feature effected you so you just go through court procedure if you need any legal help contact me thank you
