Our relative has been forcefully occupying a part of land .

We are living a inherent land which has no partition. But a part of land which is right side of our house and adjacent to our house. But they crossing boundary demand that it is belongs to their part of land. and want to occupy forcefully.
You can always go for filing injunction restraining the other side from forceful occupation of your rightful plot. Once you got an order of injunction the police would protect for any kind of infringement thereof by your other side. Many of my clients got relief this way. All the best and regards

first of all you don't mention who is the one of your rekative weather he/she is also a co sharer of the property or not.
other some Legal issues like land type and other information are not given.
if he is tress pass your property he is punishable and if he is a co sharer of the property then both of you have to demarcate your proportionate share of the land.
