Our family comprises of my husband (48 years) myself (41 years) my adopted daughter (3 years) and my aunt (74 years). My opposite house neighbors the eldest-16 years and the youngest -13 years gets their friends about 5-8 boys sit on 2 wheelers parked on their 2 wheelers parked opposite to our window keep yelling and speaking loudly .my aunt she's elderly and is suffering from asthma due to which we can't keep our fan on high hence we have no choice but to keep the window open always. We have asked him to move away from opposite the window but he never listens and passes leud comments on my husband indirectly calling him a Niger. We have already informed his parents but he continues to do the same now the problem is more, he says put screen to your window or close your window.i have explained it several times staying can't do that as my aunt is not well in fact her medication for asthma has increased from once per day to thrice per day. Please help what can i do in this case
