If the tenant in the ground floor is planning to remove your name board, in the first place you can very well tell him in person not to do remove the board which is extending only to 2 feet down on the parapet. If the tenant accepts your advice it is well and good or if he refuses, you should bring this issue to the notice of the building owner and if the building owner fails to solve the issue , then you are hereby legally advised to file a petition at the local police station against the tenant and see whether the Local police is taking any action or not. If there is no response from the local police station you can approach the Civil Court that is you will have to file petition at the Munsiff's Court and get an Injunction order restraining the tenant from entering your premises and removing your board.
