Original Suit - Unpaid Education Loan

Hi Sir/MadamDue to financial and family commitments, we were unable to pay education loan on time and recived summon suit from principal district court for the same . Currently We have been informed to be present before the court on Jan 26. nnCan we move this case from district court to lok Adalat. nnCan my name get removed from district court case history if this case is moved to lok Adalat and then compromisedKindly advice. Thanks in Advance

You can ask to transfer the case to lok adalat to get this case solved amicably, however this case will be pending before the district court. You only asking the district court to give some time to solve it before the lok adalat, that doesn't mean that this case will be closed in the district court. For an instance, if you were not able to get this solved within the stipulated time given before the lok adalat, then this case heard by the district court.
