Original Suit for Unpaid Education Loan - Can this case be withdrawn

I had multiple financial commitments and unable to pay education loan. Currently I received a suit from bank to appear before the court for not paying education loan. Currently, i am ready to pay the loan amount. Can this case be withdrawn and my name removed from court recordsI want to know, because I am working for multi national private company and they used to do background verification for any civil / criminal cases for employees. nnKindly advise

The case filed by the financial institution is as per procedure when repayment of loan is defaulted. When you are ready to pay a settlement may be arrived at with the financial institution and the case can be withdrawn.
