Order by court to auction property can stay order delay the auction

12-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
After high court verdict in our favor. the case went back to district court. to do the property partition. By court again, the property valuation was done. And finally because of circumstances court is going to decide to auction the property and divide the money among all. I wanted to know the rules for the same? 1. Can any objection be raised for this decision? 2. Can auction be done for only 1 not all? (There are 3 properties). 3. Is it possible to auction the first property (because of vested interest) and then raise objection or delay sale of other 2 4. What foul can be played by parties? 5. Can the auction cancelled or delayed?

First of all you need to hire a good lawyer and he will understand the status of your case. you also need to analyze the plausible options in your case. however the order passed by the subordinate court can be stayed by the higher court.
