Obstruction of municipality drain by a neighbour

Sir, My neighbour obstruct the Municipality drain, so my domestic sewerage could not be disposed into the drain and accumulated in my house. Therefore pl. advise what should I do?

You can file a complaint u/s133 crpc before the executive magistrate under an allegations of public nuisance and such magistrate is empowered to redress the complaint directing the parties to clear up the obstruction

You initiate a proceeding U/s 133 of Cr.p.c. in the court of Executive Magistrate of your jurisdiction who has authority to direct for removal of obstruction in public property. Similarly, since it is a nuisance causing hazard to public health you can initiate a criminal proceeding by lodging FIR before the police.

File case under the provisions of 133 of criminal procedure code against him as because such type of act is dangerous to human health or file case under the provisions of 144 crpc to restrain him to doing so
