Notice without signatureis valid or not

Advocate of plaintiff gave me a notice without signature is valid or not I am tennent of plaintiff. please me importat suggestion

if the notice you received is signed by the advocate and not by the plaintiff, then it is valid, but if it is not signed by anyone, then it is unvalid because in legal notice only advocate will sign and not signed by the plaintiff

once you know that the notice is being served to you by the advocate it is a notice unavalid notice Unless and until you know that the source is unknown an obviously it is pro!ven that you are attendant and it is an eviction notice obviously it is a valid notice
