Not providing my 3rd Sem Marksheet

29-May-2023 (In Civil Law)

I have done my B.E in Aeronautical Engineering at St.Peters University. I have started my B.tech at Veltech University in 2014. I have completed 2 years at vel tech college. I got Conduct, Migration, Transfer certificates, and all my Marksheets except the 3rd sem mark sheet. Last 1 year am struggling to get that 3rd sem mark sheet. Can anyone help me? Please. That is my life otherwise I have to hang somewhere.

You can send legal notice to the college and university through a lawyer. You did not mention why the college has been refusing to provide the 3rd sem mark sheet. If there are some issues let the college answer to your legal notice.
