Not issuing my educational certificates

College is not giving my certificates after completing my education, I have paid all my fees.. from past 6 months iam asking but they are not issuing my certificates

hi if the college authorities are not returning the certificates then you could take legal action by sending legal notice and if it is a goverment college then you coyld file writ petition in high court asking them to release the certificates
