Not given admission under sports quota in Delhi University

applied in Du under sports quota I was selected in Hindu college in second list as per du program the list was to out on 21july but college loaded it on 23 July evening I saw list on. 25 July and rushed to the college college did not allow me to complete admission formalities I was said to appear in third counciling I signed for third council but the result of third was held and I was told that a committee will take dicision what should I do
You should wait for the decision. You can also go to college authorities and ask them about the time to taken in decision.
You should keep a check and be vigilant.

It is suggested to wait till the decision third council if that decides against you, you can approach court and challenge order of that third council. Till date there is no final order on the basis it can be said that any injustice is being cause to you as final decision is yet to come. You can go through the process and guidelines and if there is no mentioning of third council you can challenge this as well. For proper advice it is recommended to meet any lawyer expert in the field.

You can File a writ in the Delhi High court regarding your grievance , where the court depending on the facts and circumstances of the case will grant you relief. There are similar cases which have been heard by the court and decision given , so in order to answer as to whether your case is maintainable or not , our documents and the prevailing Bye laws need to be seen.
