I HAVE DONE MY DEGREE FROM GOV. COLLEGE AS PER THEIR ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA UNDER SC ST CAST . AFTER INVESTING ALL FEES AND TIME FOR 5 YRS THEY ARE NOT ALLOWING ME TO GIVE FURTHER EXAM

Well, We can send them a Legal Notice first to let you give exams, considering you have done everything now as per their eligibility criteria. If things won't work out from Legal Notice, We can file a case of cheating against them
