Non cooperation to a woman Chairman in chs

Hello!I m a woman chairman in a co-operative society. We have 12 flats and 11 members. I always worked for society. I have completed conveyance deed work of society pending from last 17 years. Now few members want re development and money involved in it. Though building is just 20 years old. * So they want to get me away from chairman position.Inspite of my devoted work for society, few members along with treasurer and Secretary have started Non Co Operation with me from last few months.*They don’t sign society petty cash cheques so that I can’t withdraw money for society work.*Tressurer and secretary are not doing their respective duties. * Treasure and secretary have resigned after charging baseless blames on me.*Society is going through water crisis, so after general body resolution for new water connection, I got sanctioning of new water connection but I am not co operated to bring water into the society.*They complained against me to registrar and demanded election.*Please Guide.

Yes in this given situation if the registrar gives a decision relating to the dispute then it may be binding on the CHS however, if you are not satisfied with the decision of the registrar then you can file a civil petition in the jurisdictional civil court against the members/management committee of the said CHS.
