Noice pollution - pet bottle company in residential street

In my residential street, which is within the bound of corporation, a pet bottle company is functioning. The noice from the machinery of it causes disturbances like unable to study and sleep. Where to complaint about it. Is there any legal remedy?

You did not mention when the pet bottle company was started in the residential area. If the company has been functioning in that area for a long time then it cannot be prohibited. Anyway, you can file a police complaint against the company and its owner for causing nuisance.

Hii sir, First you need to give petition to your local corporation regarding the problem. Thereafter that you need to file case in National Green Tribunal they will give the permanent remedy for you.
