NIOS not declaring class 12 result

My Son is enrolled with National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) for Class 12. Till date, NIOS has not declared his results for Physics Practical. We applied for revaluation of Physics and Maths. Revaluation results have also not been provided even after 60 days. Meanwhile, Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) results were announced. KCET uses Class 12 marks for computing the rank. Since, we did not have the marks, my son has been disqualified from KCET despite having scored good marks in KCET. I need 2 things: a) NIOS needs to declare results and provide marks-sheet b) Court should direct Karnataka Examination Authority to consider his mark-sheet, when it becomes available, and allocate a rank to my son.

then you need to file high court for writ petition then court will send them notice ethir we need to get immediately interim order direction regarding results better you can file writ petition before files writ petition you need to submit represention to for them

Hi, I have gon through the details provided by you, yes we can file the petition before the High court of Karnataka and we can request the court to direct both the board to take the issue seriously and get your remadies before the court, if you approach today by Monday we can file the case before the court
