Neighbours troubling what action can I take

Hey. Our neighbors have kids who play and make a lot of noise during the day. They repeatedly bang our windows even after many warnings. The owner of the building is extremely arrogant and does not bother telling the kids to stop. They've also broken the wiper of my car. Is there any legal option I can take up to stop this?
You can make a police complaint against the neighbor regarding the nuisance created by their children. The police will take action against your neighbor.
