Neighbours smoking under my apartment in balcony

My neighbours smoke everytime at night forcing me to shut the windows while sleeping but it still stinks. They live under me. Is there anything i can do

They can discuss and establish internal guidelines regarding smoking within common areas or specific timings. As the last resort you can consider seeking legal advise and exploring options like civil suits for nuisance or seeking injunction against the smoke emission

Well, you can lodge a Police Complaint against them and get into converted into NC for causing offence of Public Nuisance and pursue that NC Offence into Court by lodging Complaint before the concerned Magistrate as Private Criminal Complaint, considering, Smoking of Cigarette is fatal for not just you, but, for all your neighbours living nearby to you, to whose rooms, smoke from above is coming.
