Neighbours harrasment while their construction work is going on

Our neighbours construction work is going on, they haven't taken any disciplines from the beginning , but now there arrogance is increasing day by day. While construction they badly dirt our property and they never clean it , they have damaged our belongings multiple times, mental harrasment to my senior citizen parents who live there, even some construction workers also harassing my parents while construction. Now I want to take some legal action on them.

There are certain norms which has to be followed bye the contractor while constructing any house in this they have to take care of the adjacent neighbours inconvenience inconvenience. Should take care of all norms like distance noise cleanness and on all other norms but if they're not following that you can send them legal notice stating them why you should not take the legal action against them .and ask them to follow construction norms and take care of your convenience as well as a neighbour . if they're ready to do that it’s ok otherwise you will take appropriate legal action against them so it will be the proper way to go before any ps because they are your respective neighbours in the future so you should care before take direct police action against them .

you can take a legal action by filing a complaint to the authorities who have given him building permission and you can also approach the court and take an injunction order and stop the construction, also for a relief to make good the loss which is caused to you and your family, you can also take an order not to create nuisance or store any material in a manner which causes damage to your property or well being, if they are abusing and threatening you can file police complaint.
