Neighbour using 2 bhk flat as furniture workshop

Hi I reside in a society on 9th floor and the owner above us on 10th floor has a business of furniture and is using his house as a workshop. Every single day is a pain due to constant drilling and hammering noise..have spoken to him 2-3 times and complained in society also but to no relief.from 7 am to 11 pm constant work is on and everytime we ask them to stop it they take it very casually and completely deny that they are doing it..we have started to face health and sleep issue.

Hello, First of all you give a letter to the society regarding nuisance in the above floor. Also mention in your letter to take strict action against them. Also mention in the letter if it is repeated then you will take legal action against them. It can be a civil case or a criminal case. Also, give them some time to solve the issue and if not then contact an Advocate for legal notice.
