Neighbour filed case for not taking NOC for contruction in our house

Sir mere ghar NL me hai. ham 50 sal se reh rhe the abhi ghar ka construction chalu hi tha ki pdosi ne case file kiya ki hamne bina permission k ghar ka kam chalu kiya....abhi ghar ka kam bannd hai..hamne permission nhi liya tha kyoki NL ki land pr permission nhi milta .....so plz sir kuch solution btaye 10 month se kam bannd hai
If the construction is illegal then you will have to abide by the rules or you can file an application in the said department which put an injunction on your construction for stating the reasons or you can apply for the NOC for the same construction.
