Neighbor running illegal dance school wants to take legal action

i as an exserviceman, lives in a housing society, at behala, kolkata with my wife and 13 yrs old daughter studying in viii standard. my next house neighbour, running an illegal dance school since long in her house which is against the by-laws of our society. due to the noise generated from the ongoing classes of that school, the study of my daughter is hampered as well as our mental peace. inspite of complaint lodged through letters to society and and instruction to shift her school outside of our complex by the society members, nothing is done till date and she has been continuing with her business ignoring my protests and instructions of society. what shall i do?

As per the details given by you I would like to suggest that running of dance school and teaching of dance is two different things just as if I give tuition to students at my home its not illegal but if I run a coaching center then its should be done with proper permission. So you have to first differentiate the same only then you can take legal action and surely if there is sound pollution then you can take legal action by way of complain to local P.S. and under Section 144 of the Crpc.
