Neighbor problem causing havoc - smoke due to burning cow dung

26-Apr-2023 (In Civil Law)
My neighbour burns what I think is cowdung in his cow shed. As a result, my house fills with smoke making it difficult to breathe. Is this legal? Is there something that can be done if his good sense fails?
