Neighbor nor allowing me to construct compound wall

I have a 40x62 plot in Subrahmanya pura bangalore. I bought it in 2006. Have transferred Khata on my name. Paying property tax every year. West side there is a house of political influential person. East and North apartment is constructed. South side road.
Political influential person is having eye on my property and he is not allowing me to construct compound wall at front side (south side)
Can I get an Injunction order from court to stop creating trouble by the neighbor?

You can obtain a temporary Injunction against the persons and request for protection to build the compound wall. However to get an injunction to stop trouble, you'll have to obtain evidence to show the trouble being caused. Hence first option is easier and better. The case has to be filed before the City Civil Court, Bangalore
