Neighbor is threatening with stay order thats delaying in construction

I have begun demolition of the our old house to construct a new building. Every time the workers go on-site the Neighbor is threatening us that she will get a stay order and stop the work. We have secured the necessary approvals from authorities. The workers keep leaving the site with a fear that they might get arrested by police. So they leave and never to return. I would like to have a legal advice on the situation
