Neighbor fighting for land easement what action can we take

My parents is uneducated and we r a poor family.my neighbhour land owner want way to go their land through my land.so they beat me and my mother..but they given complient on us before they beat us,tht we were beat them.i am an engineering student,My aim is to become a govt officer.so they planned to scared my parent tht u should give way otherwise i will give fir on ur daughter by a lawyer support.so my parents signed in a paper tht was we will give way...how to remedy this situation..all land documents r perfect but no manpower support to us.wht we do???
