Hi there, i want to start an arcade gaming parlor in New delhi with token game machines, Play station 4 and Xbox gaming consolesNeed to know all the legal laws for this business and all the legal documentation and licence required so that police cannot interrupt in my buisness.

Hi, you can do this business with ease. However, there are certain legal compliances you need to do before starting such as doing this business at commercial premises and the games that will be there for the public at price should be purchased with licences and the age category should be clearly mentioned for these games. Certain disclaimers will also need to be affixed. Rest the compliance can be facts specific.

you would need to comply with the rules and regulations. Like License under shop act, Gst filing, Tax filing, , Roc compliance, trademark registration, MSME registration etc. Therefore it has to be dealt carefully and must be discussed thoroughly
