Need to get my father's name change in both SSC & Intermediate certifi

Hello! I want to change my father's name both in my ssc and+2 certificate so that I can have no issues getting my passport. It's been 14 years since I completed my SSC. So, I am assuming neither my school nor my college gonna do anything about it. I am living in Karnataka right now and I did both my 10th and +2 in Andhra Pradesh. So, I am not sure how much time it might take or should I be contacting a lawyer from Andhra or Karnataka. Please help me out with a process that I can go ahead.

I understand your questions yes you can chainge your father name in 10thband pu certificate what you have a evedance of the documents your father name is correct mentioned which documents do you have with out study documents you have to aproch the court and declare the father name in correct

We will need to file a suit on your behalf before the civil court seeking to change the name. The civil court will pass a straightforward order. We will make all the necessary authorities who have to be intimated about the name change as a party to your case so they will immediately make the change when civil court passes orders.

hello change your name the correcting the way of document whatever you have passed me and the present what mean your changed all the documents should be presented afterwards you have to apply under 136 to change to change the name and also have to give notice to the educational it is a long time
