Need information regarding court fees

at the time of filing of suit, disputed property was agricultural land and the sale deed was also executed as the agricultural land and during pendency of the suit, defendant made construction on some part of land, and also diverted the land. plaintiff seeks for the demolition of the construction and the recovery of the possession. in what mode the plaintiff has to pay the court fees, whether section 7(iv) or section 7(v) is applicable for determining the court fees?

In suit for recovery of possession the court fee shall be payable on the market value of the land. And for demolition etc.(mediatory injunction) a nominal court fee shall be payable according to the valuation of the relief claimed done by plaintiff in his plaint. So, yes section 7(iv) and 7(v) of the court fees act,1870 shall be applicable.
