Need information on validity of rent agreement

Landlord's sign on rent agreement do not match with the sign on his PAN card. In such case, is the rent agreement valid.
Hi. The rent agreement in question will be valid and legal in law untill and unless the same/signature as suggested by you is dipsuted by the signator in a court of law. If both the parties have carried out the agreement, it will be very difficult to dispute it on account of mis-match of signatures.

The difference in sign on PAN and agreement is immaterial other then in a situation where such agreement is not signed by the landlord.
