My relatives was employed in sugar mill limited, no pension giveby limited.
If you've served the notice period, they are liable to pay you the full and final settlement. You should send a legal notice to the company seeking forthwith release of Salary together with other dues. In case they still fail to do so, approach the Labour Court for release of salary.
