Need information about FIR and RTI act

Sir, How should I know is any one filed FIR on me from 2011 to till date in vellore police station. Is there any online mode for inquiry?. FIR comes under RTI act? Pls reply me....
Yes, you can check the status of FIR through online portal of your district. if you are not able to find the status online then you can ask the concerned police to give you the details. if they refuse to do so then you can file a RTI to know the status of FIR.
