its not easy to ask for help but, this bitch(wife of mine), is having affair with the neighbor, i would like a divorse but dont want her to get anything, call me ASAP
In such case, there is a clear case of adultery( with proof) and you can file the divorce case on that basis. If th charge of adultery is proved, you are not required to pay any maintenance to your wife.
