Need a Stay Order on the repairing work of a 35 year old building

I want a Stay Order on the repairing work of a 35 year old Building which should ideally go for Redevelopment.
Society is pressurising members to pay Rupees 1 Lakh plus for this but it is not worth spending the amount because the structure being very old, all the beams might have been already corroded.
Please help in this regard and also let me know what move can society take against this Stay Order.

as member you can appose for this act.. You along with other members can go to stop this. You can approach before appropriate forum or you also have remedy to approach before High Court under writ petition you can ask to stop that renewal or you can ask to reduce amount.

hi,
in ur society how many members there, see where body member passed resolution for that and that is in special extra ordinary meeting of all unit owners. have they called quotations etc documents r imp for get stay. u/opposit members hv to file stay application b4 court. u r right building is of 35 yrs means it's life come to end, it's better to redevelop it. so u can file case.
