Name in ppo need to change as it can’t be linked with adharcard

My father’s is ex service man airforce in his ppo the title is bhattacharyya by mistake and in other all documents it’s bhattacharya due to new rule for pension Sparsh his ppo and Adharcard could not be linked what’s the procedure to rectify the mistake in ppo please help

Your father needs to get a declaration before the First Class judicial Magistrate and a gazetted publication as well. Apply with these documents to rectify the spelling in Aadhar card and after that the same will be linked.
