Name Correction of mother in all documents.

Sir/Madam My mother's name is Raakhi Sinha. But in my all documents her name is Rakhi Sinha. I got a late registration of my birth in 2011, there also it's written as Rakhi Sinha as per my matriculation marksheet. Now i have a uniform wrong name in my all documents, but it's constant. I have applied with the same name in UPSC exam also. Should i carry on with the same name? Any future problem can arise, in matters of insurance, lineage, Family register or anywhere where i am needed to give my mother's document.
