As you have written in your question that I want to change my name from Sanju to Sanjana's daughter Satyaveer Singh, then for this the affidavit which will be prepared will be notarized or attested by the judicial magistrate, so for your information, let me tell you that An affidavit will be made, you can get it notarized from a public notaryAreThen you have to publish it in a notice format in any newspaper, whether it is Hindi or English, and then submit it to the gazettes which publish you, except Uttar Pradesh and Haryana, all the states publish their own values. Will happen and your name will be changed
