To change your name in all official documents (Aadhar, 10th/12th marksheets, graduation results), you must first get your name legally changed through a Gazette notification. The process involves (1) making an affidavit for name change, (2) publishing the change in a local and national newspaper, and (3) applying for Gazette publication through your state’s Department of Publication. After Gazette notification, you can submit applications to CBSE/University, UIDAI, etc. for record updates. Each institution may have its own form and procedure, so follow up with them individually with the Gazette copy, affidavit, and ID proof.

To change your name in all documents, you must first prepare an affidavit for name change. Then, publish the name change in two newspapers (one local and one national). After that, apply for publication in the Official Gazette once you receive the Gazette notification, you can apply for name correction in your Aadhar card, 10th and 12th mark sheets, graduation certificates, and other educational records by submitting the required forms, Gazette copy, and ID proof to the respective authorities or educational boards.
