Name change of a minor of central govt employee

Iam a central Govt employee and i want to change my daughter name who is 3 year old in all my service record in PTO ,i have obtained revised Birth certificate from registrar.
Do i require to publish in News paper?
what is the procedure?
Hi, No need to proceed with registrar. This is valid and sufficient evidence to make changes in any other documents also like aadhar card, pan card, passport etc. you can proceed with normal application and attach the copy of revised birth certificate of your daughter. NO need of news paper publication.
