NAME CHANGE IN AADHAR AND LIMIT IS EXHAUSTED IN UIDAI

I want to keep my father name and surname after death of my husband. limit of 2 times has been used for change in name in UIDAI( after marriage it is changed once and to link with pan i need to change my name again) . Please guide as there is no way through Gazette also.
for thus yiu need to give an application at birth and death department of municipal corporation moreover you need to change name in election card first and later on it will get updated in Adhar card and other documents
