I am Hindu girl and i want to change my name and religion into muslim. So what is charges for making affidavit also how much time it will take?

Well, within a fraction of few hours or few minutes, it is possible, that, you get yourself converted. However, you need to be 18 + and the decision to convert should be of your's out of free will, no coercion and not on the basis of pressure, threats or money.
