My uncles are not ready to divide the inherited property
03-Jul-2023 (In Civil Law)
My uncles are forcefully inheriting grandfathers property(no will present) without partitioning legally and not ready to come to negotiation. My Father is thinking of sending legal notice and going for partition suit. Is there any other possible way to bring them on a negotiation ground legally.
madam/ Sir
I read your matter and I have some questions on my mind likewise how many brothers sisters are living secondly want to know about your grandmother and also the other relacant issues like municipality tax bill electricity bill and other family issues.
yes you go for partition suit but also some other legal protections will be taken.

File a suit of partition then ask the court to transfer it to mediation. Mediation is a statutory provision under Code of Civil Procedure by which both the parties come into a conclusion for settlement. Negotiation is then only possible legally. For more information, contact your real world lawyer
