My Uncle had been arrested in july in the case of section 420 , 467 , 468 ,471 and after all the process they get bailed From high court and after one month police filed the gangster act 2/3 against my uncle . by profession he is a government teacher what should we do now ? they [ police ] came our house for atteresting him without providing any legal notice or prior information . please suggest some advice to us.

first of all you have to file criminal miscellaneous writ petition in Allahabad High Court regarding gangster at for taking protection against the FIR that has been launched against your uncle in gangsters act

on the above mentioned query please note down that when a case filed against any person in major sections then if the police officials wants for sake of society, then they have to include section for gangster act. if the accused is government servant as per your saying and is a respected person in society then you can file a writ for quashing of section under gangster act
