My parents has put complaint of her daughter in law for eviction under senior citizen act in SDO office in Nagpur since 2 years we have visited many times to the office but neither they are issuing notice to parties nor putting attendance what to further

check the status of the case get the certified copy of petition... know the date and appear on the date before SDO... and even if they are not marking apperance just give a pursis mentioning the you are appearing and they are not marking the apperance... let it go on record

Well, if they are not issuing the Notice, then, you must file an Appeal before the concerned forum or High Court of the State. I can assist you in this legally. I have expertise in escalating the matters to High Court.
