My nephew was directly admitted in class XII in Feb in a CBSE school & he has receipts of registration & admission fees & admission number. School messaged him to clear second quarter fees. In Jul he mailed the school to issue Transfer Certificate for which school denied cancelling the admission saying that admission was provisional and student's attendance was 0%. But 1day's attendance is shown on its ERP. School did not take Regional Office approval after admitting him. How to get TC issued?
