My Neighbour blocking the road and threthneing

Hello sir/ madam we bought property in 2008 in the sale agreement they mentioned 20 feet road to my property but in sale deed mentioned only road and neighbour bought remaining property of the same survey number but same old owner sold property to our neighbour including 8 feet road so now my neighbour blocking the road even ambulance or water tank come inside we sent him lawyer notice but no response wht to do plz help me with this

1. you have to file an injunction case against your opposite party who is blocking you and troubling you and creating problems. 2. you have to get the order from the court for this case 3. you have to lodge the complaint in the police station for troubling you
