My Name spelling is different in SSC and Aadhar

Hi, I have applied for Tatkal passport. I have observed my name spelling is different in SSC, Diploma, Btech - Sreedhar Aadhar, Pan, VoterID, Banks, Company - Sridhar I have filled the tatkaal passport application with Sridhar. What will be the impact and how can I overcome the situation from rejection of passport. Any solutions

Immediately publish a name difference clarification in two local newspapers like one in English and one in your regional language . Prepare a notarized affidavit explaining that Sreedhar and Sridhar are the same person. Mention all documents were these verification appear . Apply for Gazette notification of your correct name through your state government . Vsit the Passport Seva Kendra and explain to the verification officer with copies of the affidavit and newspaper clippings. The passport office definitely accepts minus spelling differences . Definitely your problem will be solved. So be cool.

You can approach the local, aadhar centre for change of spelling, if they refuse the same shall be done by changing your name and publishing in State Gazette. if the names are multiple, there is a high risk of refusal of your Identity. However it is advised to apply with the name Sreedhar unless you have ample time to change the name in other records
