My name spelling & DOB is required to correct &10 years passed.I am basically from ujjain but i had completed my higher secondary from indore.I prepared affidavit & paper advertisement

If you want to correct the spelling of your name and date of birth in your Class 10 marksheet, you first need to prepare an affidavit clearly mentioning the correct name and date of birth. After that, publish the correction notice in one Hindi and one English newspaper. Then, prepare an application letter addressed to the Madhya Pradesh Board of Secondary Education (MPBSE), Bhopal, or your respective Divisional Office (such as Indore Office). Attach self-attested copies of your old marksheet, Aadhaar card, birth certificate, school record, along with the affidavit and newspaper publication. Submit all documents together at the board office. After verification, the board issues a corrected marksheet, usually within one to two months

you need to fill application form in BOARD from which you have completed the examination. if the board does not act on your compliant then you can also file a WP before High Court. also you have to make a gazette of the correction you have made in name and DOB
